Self-Massage I

This workshop provides participants with a practical toolkit of self-massage techniques aimed at promoting muscle relaxation, easing tissue tightness, and triggering the body's relaxation response. This course offers practical solutions for muscle spasms and body pain.

While acknowledging the value of professional therapeutic massage, the focus here is on empowering individuals with simple yet effective self-care strategies.  Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to address pain in real life situations, enhancing both productivity and personal well-being.

Join us to learn practical skills that can make a significant difference in managing discomfort and promoting relaxation.

    Self-Massage II

    Building upon the foundations of Self-Massage I, this advanced class introduces the concept of an "objectives container", which helps the student ground themselves and become more potent and impactful with each technique. Through a targeted warm-up and deeper tissue engagement, participants will learn to integrate self-massage techniques with specific objectives.

    Abdominal massage techniques and self-intraoral massage will expand students' ability to access tissues on a deeper level and address specific areas of tension and discomfort.

    Whether pursing a formal massage education or seeking practical tools to alleviate present pain and dysfunction, Self-Massage II will elevate students' skills to a new level, empowering them to achieve greater efficacy in their self-care routine.
